About Workshops

Each workshop is three hours, which consists of a short introduction and a theoretical deep dive into the subject matter with space for Q&A. This is followed by a 2-hour experiential Therapeutic Yoga practice specifically related to the theme of the workshop.

About Classes

Each Therapeutic yoga classes consist of 2 hours which includes 30 min. (half-hour) discussion about the subject and 90 min. of practice.
