This time I also came with my partner and we are deeply grateful for the inspiration and the practical tools Swami Ji shared with us to help us to maintain a healthy relationship. From the inspiring philosophy classes and Kundalini Yoga with Swami Ji himself, to the wonderful anatomy classes with Dr. Lata, alignment classes with Nitesh, Hatha Yoga with Chandra, and the amazing Kundalini Yoga classes, often even with beautiful live music by Harshika, every part of the training was so authentic and meaningful. The food was always absolutely delicious, and the girls in the office are incredibly kind, and organized, and always there to help with anything you need. For me, D'vine Yoga Shala is a true safe space, a place where I can recharge, reconnect, and grow deeply in my practice and in myself. My heartfelt thanks go to the entire team, who truly give their all to support the students and make the whole stay so special and memorable. Thank you so much!

They were very interested in every process even before I got there. The beautiful people in the office, Pushpa and Priyanka. They are interested in everything and are incredibly kind and loving. Swami's angels. The classes are incredibly intense and educational. All the teachers are very good in their fields and are already very involved with yoga. They listened to every question with understanding and answered it. Thank you very much. Swami Ji. There is so much that can be said about him, but it seems like it will never be enough. With his deep knowledge, perspective, teachings and everything, he directs you to look at life differently. A beautiful hand in the right place, at the right time. It helps you transform your energy. Thank goodness it exists. You will find more than you expect from the food, rooms, peace. I hope your paths cross with this beautiful school and Swami Ji. And you experience this too.

And we have group discussion time daily when we will also practice how to lead a class. This has provided a solid foundation to aspiring teachers. The quality of teaching is superb. All teachers are highly knowledgeable and encouraging, the class size is very manageable allowing them to provide individual attention to students. Swami Ji himself dedicates time to talk to individual students as well if they so request, and many of my fellow classmates have learned a lot from him. The office staff are very helpful and responsive, they always stand ready to support you to have the best experience in the ashram. Food is cooked freshly and very tasty. And the ashram itself is located on the less busy bank of Rishikesh near a forest - daily necessities are within walking distance, with a couple nice cafes, and you enjoy the tranquility and the natural environment around. The school has done its best to - and succeeded in providing a sattvic environment to students. It's not only a YTT, it's an immersive yoga experience!

If find it very kind, that Swami Ji is offering this flexibility to try out all styles and classes and allows us to change within the first days. I can say, that ALL teachers are high class professionals. From Ashtanga, to Kundalini Hatha, to Anatomy… all of the teachers really give their best and you can feel that they truly want you to succeed, to understand and to impact the world! Their kindness, patience, humor and creativity is a blessing. And then the greatest thing and the reason why I felt the calling to choose Dvine Yoga Ashram - the presence of Swami Ji! His dedication and presence is really bringing you closer to your essence. Every morning and every evening 1 hour of meditation that he offers so gracefully and kindly. The discipline and devotion you learn from this experience is truly changing your life and your perspective. I am beyond grateful for his teachings, his humor, his philosophy classes, his yoga classes and in general his whole being. He is so kindhearted, loving and a blessing. He took us even to a wedding for the first time in his life, he made excursions with us and he always shares from the heart. The food… wow!!! The food is amazing, everyday you get 3 full meals and we all loved it so much. The girls from the management are the cutest, always ready to support, to listen to your needs and to make you feel at home. They add an aliveness and joy to the ashram which makes everything smooth and pleasant. I would always choose this school again as it has given me so much. My mental and physical health improved significantly. I loved all the lessons, meditation, and pranayama classes, as well as the amazing, knowledgeable teachers. I also really appreciated that we were in a small group, me and my friend even had a couple of private lessons, which was a nice bonus. And what I truly loved was the food—it was absolutely delicious! Everyone at the ashram is super friendly and eager to help with anything. The place is nice and clean, located near the jungle, offering a calm environment while also being conveniently close to shops—just a 10-minute walk away. Swami is a man with a huge, kind heart, always smiling and offering great life advice. I highly recommend this school and am even considering returning sometime in the future!
